To be actively involved in shaping the final product with a clear goal is what motivates me, preferably within green and sustainable future technologies.My main contributions to the team are to quickly and pragmatically get things done, decision making, structure, planning, motivating the team and utilizing their individual skills.As a person I am highly self-motivated with a strong commitment as well as a skilled problem solver, doer, communicator and team player.
