A couple of questions came up when I was an Engineering Manager : what makes a commercial success out of a new product ? Why some ideas are transformed into sustainable growth for an organization whereas others just stay at the level of simple inventions without any customer adoption? These interrogations led me directly back to school !In 2018, I was awarded an Advanced Master's in Technology Management and Innovation which allowed me to develop business oriented skills such as organization strategy, customer centric value creation, agile new product development or digital marketing.Since 2019, I have put my dual competence into engineering and innovation management at the service of our business entities. I help them in their journey to digital-based services and in the definition of their new business models.
