I'm an IT manager of a team in charge of the functional support for the in-house constellation of applications AGAPES using ServiceNow application. Our entity is APS : CIB Production.AGAPES means in french : "Application Gestion Actif Passif Echéanciers Simulation".AGAPES is one of the main constellation of applications to manage the Asset Liability Management and Treasury (ALM-T) for BNP PARIBAS group, it is classified as criticity : Extreme. The aim of AGAPES is to minimize the risks of: liquidity, interest rate and foreign exchange rate that the bank is taking.This constellation of applications is composed by different modules, globally: datas integration, calculations engines and restitution tool.- Data integration : The software Datastage (ETL) is used and some developments in Java using Agile methods (Scrum). - Calculations engines : AGAPES is in charge of the calculation for the whole group of the FTP (Fund transfert pricing, or TCI in French meaning "Taux Cession Interne").Also AGAPES do every day the calculation of the CIC (meaning in French: “Contrat Interne Comptable”), it is the coverage of the short term position of the ALM for the treasury. AGAPES includes an application which is named Carthage, it is the world wild referential of BNP Paribas group for the interest rates and the foreign exchange rates.One of the most critical applications of the constellation is the one named "Collateral", it allows the group to obtain cash flow up to the level of commitment of the bank.- Restitutions : Made with the software Business Object.We have all around the world (more than 70 countries) thousands of internal users, mainly all the BNP Paribas ALM business lines.Our main datas suppliers are Finance Group (OFS) and Kondor+ application.One of my roles is to present the KPI during high level management committees each month, for the production integration (monthly and daily processes) and give explaination on major incidents.

I'm working for BNP PARIBAS - CIB on the software Atlas 2. This sofware is use all around the world (more than 30 countries) by all the CIB entities of BNP. The function of Atlas 2 is to manage the clients (Corporate) and mainly their accounts and balances. Atlas 2 is a global Core Banking application.My team is in charge of the module "settlement of accounts", meaning developments/evolutions (MOE) and also the business requirements (MOA).The settlement of accounts, is a very important module, thanks to it we do all the calculation of interests for the clients. It manages credit, debit or negative interests and also the commissions, fees or taxes. The module is highly customizable; we are able to set more than 300 parameters.As Atlas 2 is 30 years old, and made with old technologies such as Cobol, it was decided to implement a new version with current technologies like Java. The project is named ICB (International Core Banking). First, my team and I had to evaluate the global cost of this project for the settlement of accounts module. As the module is the most complex of the application, and the global cost was very high, it was decided to see on the market if it exists a product that can fit our needs.Then, a request for information (RFI) was made, with 4 products providers. After 3 months of study, it was decided not to continue with a request for proposal (RFP), as no product fit our needs. The final decision was to continue with Atlas 2, and try to improve all the visual aspect of the application.

I'm working in the entity ITP (Process and Technologies), which is in charge of transverse activities all around the group BNP PARIBAS. Mainly managing the production of all the softwares of the whole group.My team is called "Central PMO", we are in charge of managing the budgets of the projects link to our entity.Personnally I'm working on the software Qlikview, consolidating data from many sources, to produce a mensual report and indicators (KPI).

Atlas 2 is a global Core Banking application.My team is in charge of the Support and Maintenance for the application, especially the Referential part (Static Data), but also the Jurisdiction and the Compliance.I've been working on many data migration project, mainly due to the fact that BNP bought Fortis bank.I've made reconciliation tools, to check if the data are the same before and after migration. I built it, first, through Excel VBA and then through Access.I was project manager for Static data part on the countries : UK,Portugal,Spain,Czech Republic,Sweden, Rumania.We are also involve in the evolution of Atlas 2, meaning that we are doing some testing on the new part implemented and also doing the training on site.
