With more than a decade in the coaching industry, I've experienced the good, the bad and everything in between. Driven by my obsession with understanding human behaviour, my own included, I've tirelessly worked with coaches throughout my career, and am intimately familiar with both sides of the table. I've become an expert on personal development and the vital role it plays in the attainment of goals in every area of life, both personal and professional, and I've been privileged to spend thousands of hours coaching vastly different individuals in 1-1 sessions, as well as entrusted with the mentoring of many other coaches.Eventually progressing to course manager at the very coaching school where i had my first session, I've facilitated the training of several hundred coaching students over a 4 year period as well as managed a non-profit branch for more than a year, before finally starting my own coaching practice.
