As GTM Launch Manager I co-facilitate successfully launching new vendors into the Pax8 ecosystem on a regional and global scale. I drive Go-to-Market initiatives with vendors to enable our sales teams, and by extension partners, with the resources they need to successfully position or implement a new vendor that fits their unique needs. • Improved curriculum for a progressive youth camp that challenges systems of privilege, and explores the individual and social impacts of oppression through experiential education and programming for youth of diverse backgrounds.• Lead core exercises and facilitated discussions on social justice and diversity in small and large groups of up to fifty-five adolescents. Groups were purposefully diverse in gender, ability, sexual identity, immigrant status, religion, and ethnic background.• Utilized restorative justice techniques to aid the students in emotionally challenging situations.

• Researched issues related to water and water conflicts in Mexico.• Generated country profiles and conflict reports on Mexico for the Center for Conflict Studies' Peacebuilders Fellowship 2014.

• Collaborated with Israeli and Palestinian civil society groups to promote the Arab Peace Initiative in Israel and the Palestinian Territories.• Liaised with donors, produced and edited reports, wrote contracts for independent contractors. • Produced scopes of work and contracts for independent evaluators and consultants.• Co-organized a conference in Istanbul, Turkey, attended by fifty scholars and politicians from the Middle East, the EU, and the US. • Gave presentations about the API at the conference in Istanbul and at workshops in Israel and the West Bank.

• Managed large, high-end corporate and private events with budgets of up to $500,000 by leading differently motivated staff of up to one hundred.• Liaised with clients in a high stress environment.• Trained and lead teams of servers, delegated responsibility as supervising captain to meet the needs of diverse and demanding clientele.

• Translated an academic paper by Prof. Andreas Buro titled “The West German Peace Movement” from German into English for the book Peace Movements Worldwide by Michael Nagler and Marc Pilisuk (2010, Praeger/Greenwood, pp. 275 - 287).

• Co-organized and moderated multiple info panels on Ghana, and education abroad, in general, for audiences of two hundred and more students and their families. • Advised dozens of students one-on-one about study abroad, counseling them on fears and desires and offering them detailed procedural and program specific guidance about various programs.

• Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and procedures.• Managed dozens of foreign-student case files to guarantee compliance with F-1 status regulations.• Worked on resolving issues related to visas, cultural misunderstandings, and academic performance.
