As a Maps Operations Lead at Apple, I have a strong track record of delivering results and ensuring compliance with company policies. I have been selected as a subject matter expert on the Traffic Incidents team, where I have focused on developing training materials and collaborating with the engineering team on the creation of tools. I have also worked cross-functionally with multiple teams within the maps department, including project management, basemap, and escalations.Prior to my role at Apple, I worked as a Maps Editor at Mindlance, where I was assigned to work for Apple as a temporary agency worker. In this role, I worked on the transit team, drawing bus lines and inserting transit incidents onto the Maps application.
