CurrentSingapore Bus Tender (Gross Cost contract for operations and maintenance of 600 buses)- Built the operations and maintenance cost model for the tender from scratch. I built the model in such a way that a large majority of the costs was a direct function of the results output from Hastus by the Scheduling stream (PVR / nb of kilometers / nb of shifts per day-type / nb of hours driven / ..).This involved to liaise with the leaders of each stream, organising regular workshops in order to have an understanding of the costs they provided, identify and model correctly the dependencies between each stream, and challenge the different assumptions.- Supported the Operations streams on multiple topics, such as contacting subcontractors (for shunting / fueling / etc, ..) trying to understand the scope and current organisation of operations. We also had multiple sessions on the contract requirements, payment formula, and expectations on the level of performance and how it would impact our tender strategy.Madinah BRT Tender (PPP for Depot construction, Bus procurement, Operations and Maintenance of a BRT and associated feeder routes network, in consortium with a Saudi and Spanish partner) – still ongoing- Supported the Operations Planning and Scheduling Stream. I actively participated and produced several analysis for the stream. I carefully analysed and summarised RFP requirements and its addendums, drafted several clarification questions to the Authority (MDA). I also prepared technical elements for the main scheduler. - Supported the ITS-IT Stream. Jointly with the Head of ITS from Makkah bus operations we organised a call for tender for providing most of the ITS systems required by the RFP and necessary to the operations. This includes notably Fare Collection, Fleet Management, Maintenance Management, Real-Time Passenger Information, Planning and Daily operations systems, etc… (not comprehensive).
