• Trouble shooting, Analysis and Design of solutions on the current forging process to achieve technical compliance• Transfer and installation of equipment, commissioning with suppliers• Implementation of work procedure, flow analysis, maintenance plan etc…-Equipment related to compressed air, cooling towers, A/C, Induction Furnace, Hydraulic press forge, robotic arm, CNC machine, surface and heat treatment and ancillaries

• Prepare, supervise, coordinate and assist various subcontractor teams for a project with the Mauritanian Navy- Retrofit of electronic equipment onto a Mauritanian’s navy vessel at a shipyard in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria- Installation of surveillance equipment on coastal semaphores (camera, HF and VHF radio, radar etc…) in Mauritania

• Supervise, manage, and train a team of technicians to perform different task on board of the ship and in workshop.• Ensure the correct completion of work as per customer standards on day-to-day basis.• Commissioning and trials, troubleshoot and repair on various installations related to the propulsion part of the ship.• Main engine (Man / Pielstick PA6) / diesel alternator (MTU) / coupler / reducer / shaft line• Cooling system / lubrication / pneumatic (high and low pressure) / fuel supply etc ...• Centrifugal and positive displacement pumps / valves and various elements present on circuits.

• Prepare, supervise and control of mechanical workshop activities related to the shutdown of Saudi Navy ship and French Navy nuclear submarine.• Ensure the correct completion of work as per customer standards on day-to-day basis and weekly follow-up meeting.• Train staff, use and create technical documentation to ease and improve work, delivery of technical reports to customer.• Work performed but not limited on sectioning elements, filtration, hydraulics, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, handling / crane, pipes for foam, CO2, sea water, diesel, ventilation, black water, oiled water, fresh water, cooling, dewatering, steering gear networks.

• Supervision of projects according to customers’ demands, metrology and realization of 2D drawings or 3D model for the repair / remanufacturing of damaged parts.• Repair and maintenance of various mechanical elements (gear reducer, plastic shredder, etc.) or hydraulic elements (pumps, cylinders)• Feasibility studies and on-site travel for troubleshooting, problem solving, measurements and installation.• Metrology and realization of drawings / 3D model for repair / remanufacture of damaged parts.• Precision machining on different materials of individual parts and small series on CNC and conventional equipment

• Creation, control, and correction of 3D parts and 2D drawing with SolidWorks for LNG tank insulation elements.

• Treatment of non-conformities reported by the various production sites around the world.• Creation / modification and management of 2D drawing, 3D elements, parts list and technical files (French / English)

• Study of a real mechanical failure on a machine used in the process of manufacturing heavy truck tires. Analysis, troubleshooting and design of a retrofit kit with drawings and technical files with presentation of it to site representatives.
