Served as Shift Lead for B-Cell shift. Duties Include:• Performing maintenance, installation and emergency repair on 5 fire-tube steam boilers, 14 ammonia compressors of varying horsepower, over 20 Evaporative condensers and well over 40 heat exchangers and metering devices.• Educate and train new personnel on plant operations and equipment, addressing issues with SOP’s and updating them with current specifications. • Effectively communicate with equipment operators and supervisors to understand and troubleshoot issues in an efficient and timely manner. • Create and review maintenance requests and work orders for equipment, along with the ordering and tracking of parts required.• Ensure proper communication is maintained between departments and shift leads, guaranteeing the timely and effective passing of information.

Served as Collateral Duty Inspector and Supervisor for Work Center. Duties Include:• Function as Quality Insurance Inspector for Work Center, properly verifying all maintenance done on equipment required for aircraft testing functionality.• Maintain records for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance done on over 300 pieces of gear• See to the wellbeing and physical standards of over 15 Marines, conduct training of new and current personal on multiple different support equipment• Distributed Technical Publications Listing Work Center Manager, controlling over 50 different technical publications and scanning documents for various updates • Planned multiple relocation exercises and have assembled and disassembled various other work centers within the time allotted• Assisted in the electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of over 100 Environmental Control Units, 40 Mobile Facilities and eight Tactical Quiet Diesel Generators• Served as Safety Advisor during Embark exercises aboard the S.S. Curtis, facilitating the safety of over 100 Marines, resulting in a 0% casualty rate
