- Relevant experiences as Project Engineering Managers on Nuclear power plant (Hanhikivi, El-Dabaa and Akkuyu) and combined cycle power plants (Algerian Mega Deal).- Manage and lead the complete project plant engineering team through the assigned disciplines and product leaders, including subcontracted engineering services, ensuring the GE products integration (Gas Turbine, Steam turbine, Generator, Heat Recovery Steam generator, Balance of Plant) into the plant, managing external interfaces (customer and partners).- Provide, in collaboration with the project team, input to complex technical problems and opportunities that may affect the project, and take related decisions.- Manage multi disciplines project engineering team.- Coordinate engineering activities considering contract and schedule requirements. - Control project engineering costs.- Support and negotiate with Customer during project execution.- Represent the engineering scope in the project team.- Coordination with/ across the Customer, project management, other project functions, engineering disciplines, Partners.- Ensure GEs technical credibility and brand.
