I am a Senior Product Manager at Amadeus Airline IT. I have built up a strong experience in PM activities, while analyzing complex customer needs related to Personalization, Seating and Disruption (involved in both mature and newly created products). I have been the SAFe Train Product Management for a train of ~100 people and 9 teams in total. I also act as Product Marketing Manager for the disruption suite of Products, and as a Partnership Manager, in charge of a the partnership between Amadeus and 15below in the customer notification area.I was involved in various Product Management activities, from product pre-sales/upsell to roadmap construction, from customer workshops to supporting solution design with RnD teams, while being responsible for a significant product evolution budget.I could demonstrate my ability to work on several front lines at the same time, but also my capability to apply my airline business understanding in concrete IT challenges. I also have a technical background with my engineer diploma and a 3+ year experience as a business analyst.I am now Senior Manager in charge of a team of 8 Product Managers, looking after the end to end disruption management for our Airlines and Airports customers.
