• Lead, implement, monitor and evaluate the development side of the association’s strategic plan • Establish and evaluate performance measures for development programs• Develop and monitor the annual domestic budget (1 million)• Develop and implement Cycling Canada LTAD program in partnership with the Provincial & Territorial affiliates• Develop and Implement Cycling Canada event hosting strategy• Liaison with Sport-Canada and International event organizers in Canada to develop funding submissions and to register their event with the UCI• Oversee all elements of Cycling Canada National Coaching Certification program• Oversee all elements of Cycling Canada Officiating Certification program• Oversee technical staff (program coordinators + national team development coaches)• Liaise with and support program committees in their mandate (Event Committee, Official Committee, Coach and Education Committee)

• Work with the Executive director to support the development of the organization and create partnerships with key stakeholders• Work with the Executive director to develop and monitor the operational plan and the budget• Lead, implement, monitor and evaluate the development of the discipline of Mountain Bike (MTB) and BMX• Oversee technical staff and provincial team coaches• Develop and implement provincial team programs and team selection policies• Oversee the delivery of the Quebec Cup series • Liaise with affiliated clubs and key stakeholders • Lead the implementation of the LTAD and the National Coaching Certification program

• Stimulate retail sales through the promotion of Nestlé products • Manage and develop accounts to targeted growth plan.• Prospect and build relationships with target Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders.• Significantly contribute to the regional market share growth for Nestlé products based upon agreed to strategies and product priorities. • Plan, lead and /or participate in education events/conferences.• Manage business planning, customer database and reporting requirements according to deadlines.• Manage territory expenses and sample budget within company guidelines.
