I've been working in email deliverability since 2012 and enjoyed every part of it, even the stressfull ones (well with some time to process it obviously). I enjoy helping customers adapt to an always moving environnement and keep up to date to best practices and standards. I also do my best to make sure that receivers know that we are a reliable and responsible partner.What's the main thing to like about such a job you may ask? You always have to learn and challenge what you took for granted. You constantly have to improve your understanding of technical, legal and market specific notions. Then, you have to be able to explain what these entail to your customers and work with them in reaching the best possible results.Before Deliverability I've worked in very different fields such as history (I was a museum guide for 6 years), teaching, software hotline or large scale retail shops.Moto: try to learn something new each day.
