Superviser une équipe multidisciplinaire composée de 10 personnes responsable de divers volets stratégiques reliés à la fabrication des avions Challenger.Imputable des volets budget, main d'oeuvre et balancement du travail, l'équipe de génie industriel travaille main dans la main avec les différents services afin de répondre au demande de l'entreprise. Le volet suivi de l'exécution des opérations est fait par les coordonnateurs qui s'assurent de surmonter les embuches en lien avec le chemin critique de la ligne.La rôle su chargé de projet est de supporter les changements de configuration des appareils selon l'exigence de l'ingénierie, du client ou de Transport Canada.Dans le quotidien, le suivi des enjeux est fait par les planificateurs de secteur qui eux vont s'assurer que chaques services soit imputables de ses livrables selon l'échéancier prévu.

Being responsible of developping and implementing a team of aircraft coordinators.Modelling the role to suitain the requirements of a production line.Promote the new roles & responsibilities in the business.Following the evolution of the product on a day-to-day basis.Implementing internal gate process between each coordinators/sectors.Manage and promote develpment of the coordinator.
