In the last few years I had the chance to gain very good experience by participating in various major construction projects in different fields: mining installations, hydroelectric developments, industrial structures, light railway transit systems and subway systems. This experience has made me familiar with large scale project’s systems and processes.In these projects I have assumed responsibilities in quality control and quality assurance, site coordination and project management. I am comfortable with different disciplines such as civil work, structure, architecture and basic building mechanic. I like to work with different subcontractors and solve challenging technical issues. My main assets are:-Plan and establish the cast in place concrete pouring techniques;-Be in charge of the quality assurance of the construction work;-Coordinate the different trades and subcontractors on site;-Write or respond to the request for information and the request for change;-Prepare and submit the back charges to the subcontractors and the claims to the client;-Perform and respond to the quality audits;-Communicate with the client and the consultants;-Monitor and track the progress of the work and actualise the schedule.
