Finance Manager for the Luxembourg-based holdings and the Germany-based commercial entity (FitFlop GmbH) of the FitFlop Group (British Shoe Manufacturer, EUR 170Mln global sales).- Group + Statutory financial statements preparation - IFRS, German GAAP (HGB). Accounts mapping.- Financial Reporting - Budget, Forecasts, account reconciliations and Departmental P&L Analysis- Cash flow / Treasury management for the various LU/DE entities- Intellectual Property Portfolio's royalties accounting and legal follow-up. Internal Controller responsible for Internal Controls in Europe Metals and Minerals businesses, reporting to Global Internal Controls Director:- Designing, testing and reviewing internal controls documentation and procedures across Europe for Metals (12 countries) and Minerals (3 countries) Divisions. Prepares and submit audit findings and makes recommendations to management.- Performing walkthroughs for France, Belgium and Luxembourg to verify the design and operating effectiveness of controls on main processes.- Performing and reporting segregation of duties reviews to local Finance Management under Oracle (GRC Module) and JDE, at worldwide scale ( Metals Europe, Middle East, Australia, United States, South Africa based on business needs). Oracle R12' GRC Module review across Minerals Europe (Holland, Slovenia, Austria...). Liaising with Global Innovation Park in India for implementation.- Assess the proper acountability of assets by conducting inventories in Europe.- Extensively travelling across Eastern and Western Europe to main offices and plant locations.- Liaising with external audit for France, Belgium and Luxembourg's annual audit.- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations review for Europe West (FR/BE/LU).2. Accounting and Financial Reporting Duties for 3 legal entities, reporting to Group Accounting Team:- Responsible for administration, month-end closing and US GAAP reporting (Hyperion) of 3 german and greek holding entities. Focus on FAS 158 (pensions).

- Accounting: in a team of 7 Italian professionals, under the supervision of a manager, accounting and preparation of the financial statements of the holding under IFRS for a EUR 4B Infrastructure fund with 4 main shareholdings.- Reporting of the consolidated accounts to the Italian-based entity.- Controlling: preparation of the monthly reports for financial covenants, budget and cash flows reviews for Board meetings. - Drafting of Board minutes.- Treasury: management of cash deposits, liaising with banks and external auditors.
