At QIMA, a leading provider of quality control and compliance solutions, I primarily focused on enhancing product inspection processes through advanced technology and strategic innovation.•Led advanced AI projects: Managed the Inspector AI Chatbot project, integrating massive databases into a multilingual platform that provides inspectors with real-time, contextual guidance. This centralized knowledge base helps inspectors understand and apply General Instructions (GIs) during inspections, answering queries related to standard processes and specific client requirements. The tool, boasting 90% accuracy, comprehends text to offer precise solutions for inspections across 100 countries and 2500 clients.•Data Analysis and Reporting Tool: Developed an analysis tool that helps better understand the underlying data of the chatbot, drafting comprehensive graphs and charts to identify usage patterns, strengths, and weaknesses. Conducted weekly reports shared with higher management to track project advancements and provide insights on the chatbot's performance and impact.•Workflow Integration and Guidelines Development: Developed standards for integrating workflows onto QIMA’s proprietary platform, QIMAone, ensuring seamless operations and improved process efficiency.
