Responsible for ensuring that prices and leadtime are correct in the system by updating and maintaining data in SAP

In charge of a portfolio of twelve external suppliers (mainly based in Asia) and an internal production unit based in China, on several kind of family product of Personal Protective Equipment such as safety shoes, head protection or work garmentMonthly analysis and planning of sales forecasts for Delta Plus market units with Futurmaster, based on sales history, sales promotions and seasonality Responsible for logistic service rates and for maintaining stock levels in three different warehouses (France, India and China)Sustaining a direct relationship with suppliers and the internal factory to schedule their delivery dates, avoid delays, and reduce transport costs. Ensuring all current purchase prices are up to date, and managing trade documents (purchase orders,letter of credit, shipping documents, invoices, etc).
