Lead the development and market introduction of 52 new products to retail and foodservice markets.• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Research and Development, Operations and Sales to identify new market driven product/business opportunities that align withthe company’s strategic strengths.• Oversee all aspects associated with new product introductions; capital expenditure planning, return on investment planning, secure government funding (when applicable), business and marketing plans, sales and customer presentations, product lifecycle management• Coach and mentor new and established employees• Design and execute customer ideation sessions
