En constante évolution dans mon métier, j’ai pris en charge le développement d’un portefeuille client dans des secteurs très variés : hydrogène, gaz naturel, énergie, semi-conducteur, pharmaceutique…En parallèle de cette activité, on m’a confié la responsabilité du marché « hydrogène » pour la moitié nord de la France, une reconnaissance pour moi qui travaille depuis des années sur les énergies propres. Je m’occupe de coordonner les projets liés à l’hydrogène avec nos usines de production situées principalement aux Etats-Unis pour leur faire remonter les besoins de la filière en terme de produits et de services. J’accompagne donc spécifiquement la filière hydrogène tout comme la filière gaz naturel à travers :- Des formations permettant un apprentissage complet des fondamentaux de l’hydrogène et de ses applications pour la mobilité mais aussi la formation des techniciens et ingénieurs pour qu’ils aient les bonnes compétences et soient qualifiés pour intervenir/contrôler les réseaux hydrogène- Un département ingénierie avec qui je collabore pour aider les acteurs de la filière à concevoir des systèmes de transfert d’hydrogène performant et à en faciliter la maintenance- Des audits ou inspections sur site avec des ingénieurs spécialisés pour contrôler les installations avant la mise en service, détecter les fuites, les malfaçons, apporter des conseils ou encore proposer des améliorations.

I have managed to develop a portfolio of customers through prospecting by phone/e-mail.I also set up information and activity management in our CRM (Dynamics) software: call or appointment planning and reporting, task programming synchronize with outlook messaging, tracking important emails, tracking and updating quotes, opportunity management, handling customer incidents. All in conjunction with the GROUP's IT department based in Cleveland.

My mission was to welcome and inform customers directly at the office or by phone. My goal was to find 'products' solutions or assembled solutions for our customers or prospects in conjunction with the 'Custom Solutions' department.I drafted the technical proposals, providing support and assistance to field salespeople in the management of complex files.I was also lead to manage of all the "incidents" of the company's customers in order to better serve them.
