The study focused on the underground karstic river of Trepail (51), known for role in supplying drinking water supply. A speleological approach was choosen to understand the river's internal dynamics. An in-situ sampling strategy was implemented to gather data for laboratory analysis, with the goal of improving knowledge about the water source environments of the tributaries.
