Consumer Collecting: Student Marketeers Program - Ensure the SM engages new users and drives trial to expand the consumer base. The Field Marketing Specialist supports the Field Marketing Manager in building the local face of the brand in the field, in line with the global and national strategies and priorities for particular marketing programs.Assisting in marketing innovation encompassing local needs and specificities that complement the national strategy, impacting local consumers and thus the successful development of the business.Lead of local events & partnerships : POS tools set-up, marketing activations and budget lead.Furthermore, in charge of the leading of the SBM/student program for the whole region: Management (13HC - recruitment / training / development), field tours on campus, tools productions for special marketing activations & HR follow-up (contracts, salaries, etc.).
