Main tasks :- trained production people to the vibro-acoustic problematic in a way to improve production quality- Tracking and improvement of acoustic end of line production control (identification of reworks cases, test bench optimization, …)- Create the acoustic laboratory- Tracking & analysis of claim parts with quality program manager and customers- Daily manager job ( team of 3 people)- Weekly communication with the headquarter commercial department, acoustic and industrialization- Prepare the team to next challenges, orientations and new technologies

On top of activities due my initial job, I was the key contact for Toyota & Honda concerning all structural & acoustic topics. In this way, I manage an acoustic study on the Toyota Yaris and started another one on the Auris. The aim of these ones was to test new concepts of interior and motors insulation parts in a way to improve the acoustic level with the constrain of reducing the total weight.This job permit me to follow customer projects from the beginning to the production and also to conduct technical projects.

I was in charge of improvement, optimization and validation of all products in all project phases (from the customer request to the development). All simulations were done with I-Deas , Nastran NX for structure behavior improvement. For special cases, in house softwares were developed for acoustic simulations.Finally, In a way to improve efficiency of our daily work, I developed small calculation tools for pre-sizing.
