Lead Test engineer for project concerning electrical vehicle and plug-in hybrid electrical vehicle:-Test bench / Test vehicle / Powertrain / battery charger / HW / SW-Oversee the normal day to day activities in the department.-Allocate and apply manpower resources to adhere to master schedule.-In charge of 5 Test Engineers and Technicians in normal daily activity including job assignments and expectation of completion. -Interface with suppliers for issue correction, anomaly report and 8D-Create Test Plans.
