Product Director - Payment Gateway
CurrentReporting to the CEO, I am responsible for 4 teams: Product, Merchant Support, Integration support, Account Management. All teams are working toward a common set of goals: 1. Help our merchants increasing their revenue through optimizing their payment flow. 2. Provide an excellent service, quickly executed * Product roadmap for compliance, maintenance, business needs, revenue generated and innovation projects. * Manage relationship and contractual agreement with third parties, such as Verifi, Ethoca, Cardinal Commerce and numerous processors and banks. * Merchant support to board new merchant and support existing merchants: integration, change of configuration, advices, investigation, report analysis. The team is driven by the service we provide to our merchants, answering and executing within one hour. * Integration support: diving in complex flow and requirements from the most sophisticated merchants, and work hand in hand with our partners to enable those flows. This requires collaboration and alignment with processors, acquirers and added-value service providers. * Account management: keeping a close relationship with our best merchants through regular touchpoints, and analyze their data to propose solution that can increase merchants' revenue
