Monitoring and evaluation of French and Luxembourg members of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)

Manage the EU Delegation of European Grouping for Territorial Cooperation (EGTC) - Euroregion Pyrenees-Mediterranean Responsible for the EGTC/Euroregion policy work and advocacy efforts to improve EGTC EU regulation and ease EGTC participation in EU programmes (INTERREG and sectoral programmes); establish partnerships with other EGTCs on areas of mutual interestParticipate to workshops and seminars at EU level in order to represent Euroregion's interests and to promote its projects and good practices;Responsible for the coordination of the Euroregion's activities in the areas of energy, environment and climate change involving the following tasks:- Management of a yearly call for proposals (draft of terms of reference, evaluation of proposals, coordination of selection committee and follow-up of funded projects)- Definition of Euroregion's action plan- Follow-up of EU policy and funding in this areaParticipate to the daily management of the EGTC (annual budget, overall strategy, recruitment procedures, reporting); participation to general assemblies and preparation of minutes;Contribute to the set-up and management of EU projects: identificate call for proposals, search for partners, participate to the draft of the proposal and disseminate projects' resultsContribute to the communication activities of the Euroregion: draft articles for EU institution's websites and publications, update social media, liaise with the press;
