Started project initiation phase with Blueprint how to carve out the complete TV Business from the Philips CL landscape. Project manager Consumer Lifestyle CL Kernel.Responsible for the Blueprint & Development phases of Consumer Lifestyle OneKernel project (merge of former CE and former DAP SAP systems for Sales Organizations). Responsible for project initiation, recruitment, resource planning of the OneKernel project teams of +100 people. Organized solution blueprinting in two locations (Drachten/Eindhoven). After that I was Roll-Out project manager for German/Swiss/Austrian and US Sales Organizations. During these roll-outs I was responsible for solution design of country specific requirements, development of local interfaces, user acceptance, data migration and Go-Live support. The US Roll Out also included the blueprinting and implementing of two Factory Packaging Facilities where the Industrial Kernel for Consumer Lifestyle was implemented extended with former DAP specific requirements.

Responsible for operations of both Demand Planning and Supply planning systems for Region Europe. Initiated and executed several Business Process re-engineering activities for changing supply chains in Europe and implementation of stock allocation prioritization rules across all European Countries for critical products.Project Manager of the implementation of the APO Demand Planning module for all European countries. Finally implemented a new European Availability Tool for all demand and Supply chain planners in Europe.Responsible for project initiation and definition, monitoring project execution, organizing user involvement and acceptance, progress reporting to Region Europe management.
