2007 Appointed Laser Applications Expert* Management of R&D teams (up to 5 persons) - Hierarchical supervision of engineer and technician methodologies in their work tasks.- Development, laboratory research coordination in accordance with vehicle projectsand innovations in the scope of the body in white, running gears and powertrains. - Responsible of the laboratory budget: establishment of the annual business plan.* Technical and financial administration of vehicles and innovations projects: - Feasibility study, calculation of investment costs and operations based on design requirements.- Drafting of specifications and normative documents of reference for welding applications and laser cutting.- Definition of the means and line of productions and their implementation.- Validating the manufacturing processes through the deployment of pilot stations.* Leading of national and international, inter-company and institutional research projects:- Formation of teams, management of research, distribution of tasks.* Achievement: - Development of innovative concepts with impact on design (508, 208). - Introduction of thermoplastic in multi-material assembly. - Initiator of the laser industrial application: more than 100 lasers in production line. - Nearly 6 pilot stations validated for the vehicle project on an international scale. - Adjustment on 10 years of technological lag compared to the German competitors
