- Drive inventory reduction initiatives, material flow planning and packaging strategy, from origin to Assembly line.- Drive lean initiatives implementation. (JIT, VMI) and contractual logistics clauses negotiation with Vendors.- Lead the outsourcing of logistics activities in all sites located in Canada, United States, Mexico & Brazil.- Manage and coordinate Supply Chain budget and cost reduction initiatives within all AME sites. - Drive logistics best practices, processes and tools optimization and standardization.

Global Logistics and Distribution Services director, with great experience in a fast-pace and changing retail industry and managing a global multi-channel distribution network.Main tasks- Manage and optimize a global distribution network, including multi-channel facilities in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America, serving Retail/Franchisee, Wholesale & E-commerce channels.- Manage performance of own & operating and 3PL managed facilities, via Service Level Agreement;- Head of business support team, driving goods flow efficiency (capacity, inventory level), reporting creation, process standardization, best practices implementation and continuous improvements. - Build Distribution services strategy based on commercial projection input.- Full P&L responsibility;

Main tasks- Management of multiple warehouses in United States and Canada, serving Retail, Wholesale and e-commerce.- Daily operations planning and execution of a 175+ full-time employee’s team, including performance/productivity management, human resources management & training and health & safety.- Drive best practices and continuous improvement implementation within the Region.

Main tasks- Warehouses layout drawing and optimization, using AutoCAD.- Project management, using Microsoft Project.- Documentation and mapping of warehouses processes, using Visio.- New customer on-boarding- Perform analytics on main cost, capacity or lead time drivers, using Excel.
