My apprenticeship began in Paris at "Chez André", then I became chef de partie at the restaurant "Le Congrès". At the age of 21, I rose to the position of sous chef at the “Pavillon Montsouris”. My talent was further revealed when I worked as chef de partie at the Michelin-starred restaurant “La Grande Cascade”. My desire for culinary exploration took me to Australia, where I worked at the prestigious Cottage Point Inn, renowned for its two-hat excellence.Continuing my quest, I moved to New Zealand, where I held the position of executive chef at the famous “Amisfield” restaurant, which was crowned the best restaurant in the country in 2022 with three hats.While living in New Zealand, I was invited to become a guest chef on MasterChef. This experience inspired me to participate in Top Chef France 2023, an opportunity to express my culinary philosophy and showcase my innovative thinking through cooking. I ended up as a semi-finalist.In September 2023, I join my brother Jacques Lagarde in Spain, aiming to make the restaurant “Cascada” more successful than ever and to create an exciting new chapter in our culinary journey.
