-Responsible for the oversight of the terminal PLC/SCADA/TAS program conversion during the MITAS project aimed to replace Imperial Oil in-house TAS System with ExxonMobil global standard(Canada and France). -Project scope touched every PLC program logic section from pipeline receipt, marine receipt and truck delivery/shipping. This required documenting all legacy system functionality/alarms and design replacement system. -Developed/tested the SCADA build solution, and converted from Imperial's current legacy corporate in-house Beta system (terminal automation + billing) to ExxonMobil global system. -Key contact and coordinator of the data/communication interfaces between PLC/SCADA/TAS (TMS) for 11 Terminals across Canada. -During COVID restrictions, successfully commissioned Imperial Oil's biggest Terminal located in North York within 24 hours without incident or delay in opening the yard for business.-The project required 60% traveling. Activities included: Data mapping, FAT/SAT documentation & full conversion testing ~2000 PLC IO points, 1200 alarms, pumps, valves, switches, command validation, between orders. Sponsored and spearheaded the Inductive Automation Ignition SCADA product for ExxonMobil Global usage.

-Responsible for providing national support to Imperial Pipelines & Distribution Fuels Terminal as field on-call support. -Field Systems & Instrumentation support include PLC support (modsoft, concept, Proworx, Unity), radar/varec ATG, RTD, PLC, project design, field equipment troubleshooting (ATG, injector, Valve, pump) and execution project support from the automation side.-Supported 3rd party data feeds to other fuel partners (Pcan, Shell, Husky, Irving) and implemented industrial controls for cyber-security in the process control network. -Completed multiple projects within IOL's Engineering/Maintenance department. -Provided network/server support to our global IT department (Win 2003, Linux, Firewall, infrastructure).During this time period, Calgary office buildings were relocated and I was assigned to rebuild the Acceptance Terminal Automation Lab. This included designing/building/testing/commissioning the controls components (field PLC input/outputs, SCADA setup, PLC logic, HMI panel, proper functionality). This included providing training to multiple new staff members for continued succession and supporting the pipeline control center move from Calgary to Houston.

-Promoted to Calgary head office as Supply Chain Optimization Coordinator. -Accountable for holding orbital meetings across Canada to discuss supply chain optimization from the "ground" to the "customer tanks". -Optimization discussions would lead into Supply agreement changes, Terminal Utilization metrics, creation of a hopper project list which will provide capital return within 1 year of spending. -Moved to an operations support role, responsible for providing office/system support to terminal staff. This included the roll-out of -Management of Change, Windows 7 upgrade program for field users, development of the Systems & Instrumentation tools laptop, creation of an agreement access database tool.

-Promoted from Terminal Operations Specialist to Senior to Team Leader. -Managed 22 employees (included a base of employee/contractors). -The management included a 24/7 driver support team, Terminal driver badge/maintenance and invoice department. -Initiated internal projects which resulted in considerable company savings. Participated in fuels terminal scenario-based risk assessments, site health checks, and audit prep/management.

-Provided remote support to drivers loading at Imperial Canada's fuel terminals. -This included alarm management using IOL in-house TAS system, emergency response, field equipment troubleshooting, call escalation, product quality management, marine offloading, rail loading/offloading support. -Assigned the additional task of being Subject Matter Expert for terminal facility changes (tank reclass, meter switchover, product quality setup).
