Forged development alliances with UN (FAO), USAID, NGOs, and Government Agencies: Ministry of agriculture, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Planning and private sector organizations. Support to the IAF Program Office, USA. Provided Monitoring and Evaluation to all IAF (Inter-American Foundation) funded projects in Haiti: review all projects activities, progress and challenges, and assisted in strengthening project activities and the beneficiary community-based organizations. All grants agreements were amended and all projects streamlined in collaboration with the grantees.
