 Day-to-Day management and scheduling of site activities – labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors  Responsible and accountable for ensuring the work performed is in accordance with the most recent project plans and specifications.  Responsible and accountable for site reporting requirements – safety documentation, equipment tracking, look-a-heads, daily site reports etc.  Utilize company software to generate reports and updates as required.  Manage/Coordinate the delivery to site of all materials and equipment in a timely manner and as required by the project schedule.  In conjunction with the Project Manager monitor project costs and budget.  Manage/Coordinate all HSE requirements – ensure the project work is executed to the highest standard of quality while ensuring all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are adhered to.  Ensure that current drawings, specifications and change orders are used on site.  Responsible for maintaining the site schedule and working with the Project Manager to provide updates.  If required, coordinate time to supervise more than one site, effectively working with the project management team to prioritize tasks  Attend weekly/monthly client project meetings, as well as all required site meetings  Establish and maintain positive relationships with all SBL staff, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and clients
