Site Superintendent
Current Day-to-Day management and scheduling of site activities – labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors Responsible and accountable for ensuring the work performed is in accordance with the most recent project plans and specifications. Responsible and accountable for site reporting requirements – safety documentation, equipment tracking, look-a-heads, daily site reports etc. Utilize company software to generate reports and updates as required. Manage/Coordinate the delivery to site of all materials and equipment in a timely manner and as required by the project schedule. In conjunction with the Project Manager monitor project costs and budget. Manage/Coordinate all HSE requirements – ensure the project work is executed to the highest standard of quality while ensuring all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements are adhered to. Ensure that current drawings, specifications and change orders are used on site. Responsible for maintaining the site schedule and working with the Project Manager to provide updates. If required, coordinate time to supervise more than one site, effectively working with the project management team to prioritize tasks Attend weekly/monthly client project meetings, as well as all required site meetings Establish and maintain positive relationships with all SBL staff, vendors, subcontractors, consultants and clients
