- Ensure compliance with local laws (local statutory books) for all legal entities within the group (about 40 entities worldwide )- Manage the finance and accounting shared services center- Define and implement the group transfer pricing policy- In charge of auditors relationship for all legal entities within the group worldwide- Maintain and update the global accounting rules and compliance to international standards (IFRS) - Coordinate month-end closing process- Manage a 15 people team

- Produce the quarterly consolidated financial statements under IFRS GAAPo technical accounting analysis including shareholders’ equity, cash flows, financial investments, impacts of changes in perimeter …o redaction of some the disclosure notes from the quarterly financial statements - Coordinate structural operations in the consolidation process: mergers, acquisitions, disposals with external parties or within the Group- Assist and provide support to the CFOs and the Unit Consolidation correspondents- Analyze and explain monthly data : actual vs forecasts- Manage a 4 people team

- Perform legal audits of statutory and consolidated financial statements under French GAAP and IFRS GAAP, mainly for two listed companies on French market - SBF 120 (one waste disposal company and one airport management company) , alongside with a public institution- Perform contractual missions: reviews of analytical accounting (reviews of analytical allocation rules and management scheme)- Implement internal control reviews of key processes- Take part in the career management program (in charge for 8 auditors)
