(Parisx2, Lyon, Annemasse, Lille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille...). - 60k Sku’s - 600 000 customers - 135 employeesIn charge of Purchasing & Supply department :- lead negotiations with suppliers (discounts, year-end rebates, trade marketing, payment terms...)- define and monitor stock level targets in collaboration with our CFO (KPIs : stock rotation, slow movers, % out of stock)- project management / sourcing : in charge of our private label "Neatt" (pricing policy, sourcing, products selection, benchmark, suppliers negotiations, stock management)- set up KPIs for purchasing department : targeted margin, turnover, budget, stock rotation, commercial terms)- commercial animation in close collaboration with marketing department- new suppliers sourcing - team management (individual KPIs follow up , teach juniors, reportings, job interviews...)
