- Management of the ICRC Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance ERP Platform, its architecture, strategy and evolutions. - Ensure the support and maintainability of the platform’s applications.- Anticipate needs, identify and solve problems and provide orientation on the technologies and applications used in the platform.- Provide training and documentation to level 2 support, monitor and contribute to improving support processes.- Monitor the ERP platform according to guidelines and contributes to IT operations.- Manage external resources, Interact with IT suppliers and IT service providers.- Collaborate with all IT units, particularly Project Managers, Application Service Center staff and Level 2 support.- Manage and develop trusted relationship with Business Representatives and play the key link with the Métiers.

- Technical platform owner of ICRC’s Supply Chain ERP system: Oracle JD Edwards 9.1 TR9.2.3.- Business requirement analysis and translation into functional and technical specifications for all JD Edwards related development including customization and interfaces.- Development team management including: capacity, planning and follow-up using Microsoft TFS as well as validation of all deliverables (unit tests, integration and acceptance tests, non-regressions tests, load tests).- Creation and control of the content and quality of documentation and procedures, training of Level 2 in Geneva, Belgrade and Manilla.- Close work with level 2 team to troubleshoot Production issues and improve monitoring to find solutions to stabilize the production platform. - Design and evolution of the Oracle JD Edwards technical architecture. - Level 3 technical support including Oracle JD Edwards administration and end user support worldwide.- Technological watch on all Oracle JD Edwards new functionalities as well as new ERP trends in order build platform roadmaps and propose simpler, easier to maintain, integration solutions with other ICRC systems in respect of ICT standard and security constrains and best practices.- Performance and baseline testing in ICT Lab and in collaboration with ICT staff on the field (also took part in “Rapid Deployment” testing).

- Lead Oracle JD Edwards technical consultant in multiple major international projects.- Responsible for JD Edwards architecture design, installation & upgrade, administration, training and documentation & procedures creation for L1 and L2 support.- Provided Oracle JD Edwards CNC L3 support to a range of 20 customers around Europe.- Participated in multiple Oracle events including Oracle Open World in San Francisco and transmitted the knowledge gained to functional and technical colleagues as well Gfi customers.

- Provided L2 and L3 technical support for multiple JDE customers in France, Switzerland and Italy. - Participated in JD Edwards implementation and upgrade projects during which I installed and upgraded multiple Oracle JDE 9.1 platforms on diverse operating systems. - Delivered general Oracle JD Edwards concept training as well as pure technical classes.

- Responsible of a team of 4 JD Edwards CNC administrators supporting multiple customers on various releases of Oracle JD Edwards on different operating systems assuring respect of SLA. - Performed Level 3 JDE support and participated in Oracle JD Edwards implementation and upgrade projects during which I installed and upgraded multiple JDE platforms on different operating systems. - Advised customers on Oracle JD Edwards architecture and high availability best practices as well as disaster recovery concepts.

- JD Edwards technical consultant involved in all support areas including JD Edwards development and administration as well as functional support. - Evolved in a CNC (Oracle JD Edwards administrator) position to provide L2 and L3 CNC support for a wide range of JDE customers all other the world. - Actively participated in the evolution of the company, which started in 2004 with a staff of 12 to reach 50 in 2009. This included commercial activities, industrialization of internal IT processes and the creation of multilingual 24/7 helpdesk.
