Primary Focus ▪ Identify and document business requirements for the development of new IT-solutions or enhancement of existing Gazifere business systems (CIS).▪ Ensure the integrity and availability of the Gazifere Customer Information System, Interfaces, infrastructure and websites / portals. ▪ Plan and execute user acceptance testing.▪ Ensure the timely and efficient identification and resolution of system functionality, performance or data defects.▪ Provide specialized application support, training and coaching to internal and external users.▪ Provide critical business support to internal and external end users and business leaders to meet Gazifere business objectives.▪ Provide strategic business reports required by the business. Specific Accountabilitieso ▪ Ensure continued integrity of existing business systems by investigating and analyzing problems and potential business and downstream system impacts, also prepare impact analysis of proposed changes on all systems and business areas prior to recommending, testing and implementing appropriate solutions.▪ Develop analysis and design artifacts throughout the project life cycle and ensure the quality assurance of the delivered product to requirement specifications for Gazifere IT projects.▪ Participate on new initiative teams by providing information and analysis to support business and customer requirements.▪ Proactively identify opportunities for improvements to existing business processes and systems to ensure Operational Effectiveness.▪ Act as an internal consultant to the business.

Primary Focus ▪ Responsible for Gazifère’s Customer Information System (CIS).▪ Responsible for resolution of Incidents and Problems with the IT Downstream System (DSS) teams, and other 3rd parties (Advanced, Distributech, TD Bank, EGD, etc.)▪ Manage and monitor interface activity including error handling Specific Accountabilities• Takes measures to reduce reoccurring system errors• Responsible for the timely generation of non operational reports and business information• Responsible for planning and communicating all changes impacting IT DSS• Responsible for ensuring all changes to productive systems have no adverse effects on operations• Ensures newly implemented system features or enhancements meet user needs as documented• Develops, executes and documents test plans• Plan and co-ordinate system test cycles with all parties.• Adhere to Gazifère change control processes for all system changes.• Liaises with clients for support needs• Good understanding of business processes and technologies• May be required for 24/7 on call support
