• Primary Focus
• Identify and document business requirements for the development of new IT-solutions or enhancement of existing Gazifere business systems (CIS).
• Ensure the integrity and availability of the Gazifere Customer Information System, Interfaces, infrastructure and websites / portals.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing.
• Ensure the timely and efficient identification and resolution of system functionality, performance or data defects.
• Provide specialized application support, training and coaching to internal and external users.

• Primary Focus
• Responsible for Gazifère’s Customer Information System (CIS).
• Responsible for resolution of Incidents and Problems with the IT Downstream System (DSS) teams, and other 3rd parties (Advanced, Distributech, TD Bank, EGD, etc.)
• Manage and monitor interface activity including error handling Specific Accountabilities
• Takes measures to reduce reoccurring system errors
• Responsible for the timely generation of non operational reports and business information
