I lead the efforts of Stanhope Capital, one of the largest independent wealth management firms in Europe ($11B under supervision), to increase differentiation and visibility in the UK, Switzerland and France, via press relations, events, content, digital, marketing material. Starting as an external consultant for the Geneva office in 2018, my role has been extended and internalized, recognizing the added value I bring to this fast-growing company.

• After successful implementation of new Europe Communication Organization (2014-15), directly manages local PR agencies in 8 countries (FBNL, Central Europe, South East Europe, Nordics, Israel). Increased PR coverage (+26% between 2014 and 2016) in spite of no local P&G PR manager.• Designs Influencer strategy and Initiative Toolkits for Aussie and Herbal Essences and enables the Markets to bring it to life.• Manages issues & crisis on ingredients controversies, consumer complaints, Legal challenges, etc. Co-ordinated multi-functional team to prepare product recall in Nordics after a Regulatories injunction. • Builds capabilities (especially Digital) of our Markets and shares best practices for reapplication.• Developped Sustainability awareness across the Retail Hair Care teams. Co-led with HR employees engaging event and communication at the occasion of the Sustainability Week.• Produced P&G Beauty Europe PR event, 3 days in Marrakech (Nov’14), 110+guests (journalists, bloggers, retailers, celebrities), incl. a fashion show. • Designed global PR strategies, plans, events and messaging for Luxury brands Gucci and Escada fragrances. Aligned with the Marketing Teams and Top Management, the Fashion Houses licensors, and the ambassadors of the brands to support commercial innitiatives. • Energised and enabled the 15 local PR managers to implement the global strategies and execute the toolkits with the Luxury standard requested by the Fashion Houses. Acountable for global PR coverage. • Leveraged global ambassadors (Blake Lively, James Franco, Miranda Kerr, Chris Evan) to maximize PR coverage and social media engagement (contracts, events, press junkets, photoshooting, etc.)• Developed corporate message tracks and crisis communication in the context of product launchs (to business influencers), Organisation changes (french plant sold in 2012), and regular consumer complaints.• Managed a team (established work plan, coaching, personal development and career) and PR & event agencies (total budget >1.5 M EUR).

• Piloted Global communications, toolkits, events, and celebrities (Ryan Reynolds, Orlando Bloom, Sienna Miller, Usain Bolt) for HUGO BOSS, LACOSTE, ROCHAS & PUMA fragrances.• Promoted Sustainability and Social Responsibility within the Prestige organization. Pulled together case studies and training, wrote President’s speech for Sustainability weeks, successfully convinced the President to source bio-ethanol (vs. petrol derived) in spite of over cost.

Paris Area, France

• Managed Corporate Communication of P&G France. Designed PR strategies and assets to build the reputation of P&G France among its stakeholders, incl. speech writing and media training for Top Management, Crisis Management on sensitive topics. Envisioned and executed the whole external and internal program to celebrate the 50th anniversary of P&G France. Designed the Sustainability report for P&G France (“Beyond Our Brands”).• Led the brand PR strategies and plans for Fabric & Home Care (Ariel, Bonux, Mr. Propre, etc.) and Pringles. Initiated the first Sustainability campaign for Ariel, promoting ‘cool wash’ in the media to convince consumers to reduce their washing temperature. Set up partnership with WWF and the French National Agency of Energy.• Developed Influencial relationships with stakeholders (journalists, experts, NGO, associations, etc) and act as spokesperson of the Company and the brands.
