• Respond to incoming calls from French and English ROs• Outgoing calls to English and French ROs for late claims and tasks in ROFAMT• Go through submitted tasks in ROFAMT and evaluate the documents received from ROs making sure it matches what is required for that specific tasko Call Returning officer’s if what they sent is missing information, modifications need to be made or if something needs to be clarifiedo Create and share list of ED that can be approved by SME by email• Save and track all documents returned from ROs using tracking toolo Share this with SME, if requested• Helped to create the tracking tools for the above-mentioned and responsible to maintain and modify (if necessary).• Entering Data into ISites and QC in COA allowing SME to pre-approve/approve the task and• Question sent from RO through HV. Assess and manage the situation, finding a or some answers• Create Additional Hours Request Report and Travel Authorization Request Report every morning for SME to action approvals in ROFAMT• Print Travel Authorization and Request for Additional Hours Forms managing the process to get section 32 signatures and tracking of these forms to be sent to finance once claim is submitted.• Responsible for reviewing leases sent in by RO’s. Once reviewed, I send the lease to Legal Services and from there we work together in negotiating the changes if necessary, ensuring that both parties come to terms• Participate in ROFAMT testing if required
