This was a student job. I worked there on busy hours only: Thursday : 16.00 - 19.00Friday : 15.00 - 18.00Saturday: 15.00 - 19.00Tasks: Cleaning tables and kitchen: Washing dishes, taking dirty plates from the tables. Keeping the Kitchen clean as customers could see it.Peeling fruits and vegetables: Oranges, apples, pears, lemon, rhubarb, beans, tomatoes etc. Preparing beverages and pastry: homemade smoothies, coffee based beverages, tea. Service and cash registering: Taking orders, serving lovely clients and handling the cash register. Enlightening experience. I gathered a lot of knowledge and had a very good time. At the beginning, I only peeled fruits and did the cleaning. I had to peel as many oranges as I could out of 60 kg per service. Then I was taught how to do the different smoothies and coffee beverages. At the end I was completely independent and could manage every thing. I even suggested a recipe that pleased the owner. I'm very proud of that!

This was one of my student jobs. Wednesday to Sunday: 19.30-22.30 (23.00)Saturday: 11.30-14.30 aswell.Roles: As a versatile employee, I did literally every thing:Preparation before service: cleaning the kitchen, inventory of the fridges, peeling potatoes (120 kg pro week). During service: taking orders from ubereats and our own order interface, phone, physical people. Cooking on the plancha, frying and assembling burgers. Serving customers, washing dishes and handling the cash register. Closing the restaurant: Final clean, fill beverages etc.Taught me to have a clear mind during very busy hours. As a team of max 3 people, I had to adapt and learn how to be the most efficient workforce possible. Work quickly and precisely without stressing out the customer and messing up the orders. I also handled all the foreign customers as I was the only employee speaking English. My responsibilities were : Last person handling the order: Giving out to the drivers and serving people in the restaurant. Cooking, washing the dishes. Frying. I was running a lot.
