Then I was taught how to do the different smoothies and coffee beverages. At the end I was completely independent and could manage every thing. I even suggested a recipe that pleased the owner. I'm very proud of that!

As a team of max 3 people, I had to adapt and learn how to be the most efficient workforce possible. Work quickly and precisely without stressing out the customer and messing up the orders. I also handled all the foreign customers as I was the only employee speaking English. My responsibilities were : Last person handling the order: Giving out to the drivers and serving people in the restaurant. Cooking, washing the dishes. Frying. I was running a lot.
