Training Lead
CurrentGlobal Training Lead in a Microsoft Dynamics worldwide implementation project. The objective of the project is to roll out the new ERP in all the business units (25 business units worldwide, 2500+ end users) in order to facilitate the strategic goal of the company. My role in the project is to be in charge of all the training-related topics, including the definition of the training strategy, the implementation of the local training organization (with the help of the local OCM/Training leads), the definition of the documentation strategy (both Training documentation and business process documentation), the training-related global and local communication, the management of the knowledge owners and key users in a "Train the Trainer" model. My deliverables are the overall training strategy (and the relevant resource allocation), the training delivery (to the key users first, then to the end users), the state of the documentation in a shifting environment (the ERP is being heavily and specifically developed for the company's needs). For reference, one business unit implementation is around 200 training sessions for 600 hours of training. The status of the project so far : We deployed our pilot in 2022 after a period of fit/gap analysis. In 2023 we deployed 2 business units (one in Europe, the other in Asia). The goal for 2024 is to deploy 10 business units (4 in Europe, 3 in Asia, 3 in America).The project is planned to end around 2026.
