On I4 diesel engine:• Managing 19MY/20MY New Discovery Sport and new Defender powertrain calibration projects including resource and planning to achieve deliverables • Management of a local calibration team, including recruitment, workload & resource planning• Supporting the customer on-site for turn-key calibration projects• Ensuring smooth communication between the customer and FEV team based in Germany• Working in interaction with multidisciplinary team, such as Transmission, ADAS, Certification, NVH and PED• Managing external suppliers• Managing and quality tracking of Calibration / dataset• Complying with the customer-specific processes and project delivery within milestone, using the customer tools, AIM, RMDV and Tracker.• Delivering Euro 6d / Euro 5 projects within requirements for Quality, Cost, Time and robustness

Involved in a diesel software project development and industrialisation, my mission consists in:- Gathering all calibration data provided by Renault tuning team and the injection system supplier to create a common calibration file.- Reception, carry-over and test of a new mock-up software and official software.- Analysing the powertrain frame on CAN vehicle network.- Technical support for tuning team, man-machine interface software and test cells.After working for two years on a diesel project, I have kept on the same activities on the new post-treatment technology, the SCR using its own software on Renault industrial vehicle in order to perform within the Euro 6B and Euro VI standard.I have also been managing two workspace Alliances: One used by all calibration specialists (40 engineers worldwide) to share and use the uniformed standard in order to reach the highest quality level. The other one was an online help aiming at assisting all CRETA users when Renault deployed this software in 2013 (250 engineers worldwide).

On a hybrid concept named Velroue, the only turbocharged E85/gasoline engine coupled with automatized manual gearbox ever developed by Renault, I managed all calibration tuning data (Agreement, climatic, torque structure, and post treatment) end up with a drivable and conform to the Euro 5 standard concept.Being a sub-contractor, I was responsible of the project communication with Renault.I was the project support in troubleshooting and responsible of identifying the root causes of engine anomalies. I worked in partnership with the other team leading the electric engine and gearbox development.

This role consisted in evaluating the powertrain agreement progression to reach the standard fixed by PSA. I leaded this on M1 vehicle segment fitted with a Diesel and gasoline engines coupled with automated manual transmission. To satisfy the high quality level, I involved in the calibration trips in various temperature and environment conditions (Finland, Spain).

On a MPI gasoline engine, I managed the calibration of climatic data to comply with the Renault specifications. The goal was to ensure an engine start in extreme cold condition. I also worked on a new dwell time strategy to improve the engine starts. I lead the tests and introduced the results to the climatic team.
