In charge of Paris operations (95% of l’ile de France / 50% France business) Forecast / Onboarding plan / Leading operation project to best support growth- Create process / Pilot operational cost for France to achieve monthly target (CPO)- In charge of minimizing delivery time below 28 mins for France and having a greatrestaurant selection by managing radii- Cross business projects with various BU (Marketing, Commercial, Engagement)- Management of an intern for Top cities operations- On Call : 2/3 times a week in case of an emergency (Bug / Weather / Attack etc)

Team manage Deliveroo France's delivery experience through operations' performance. I am focused on customer satisfaction, growth support and cost efficiency. Innovation and modelization are key to improve our delivery network. I also lead high-impact nationwide ops projects with other BUs.

Ensuring that the rider fleet will absorb all the orders in the DeliveryZones, resolving different situations by dispatching the riders, adjusting radius, managing the opening and closing of the areas in which Deliveroo operates and being close to the Ops Team.Keeping track of the big picture whilst focusing on the details that can put us off balance.Carrying out projects in order to improve French operations
