We are committed to sustainable, efficient and socially fair mobility, with the aim of realizing leap innovations with great economic impact and high solution potential for global challenges.In the first phase of the cluster, from November 2021 to October 2024, I have been involved in the project SUE, System Analysis and Evaluation, since October 2022. The overall objective of the project System Analysis and Evaluation is the creation and application of an analysis toolbox for the design and evaluation of the MCube projects and other, innovative and established transport systems and forms of mobility.The second phase of the cluster started in November 2024 with nine new projects and I have the opportunity to actively participate in the EPURA (Evaluation, Process, Upscalling, Reproduction, Application) project. The EPURA integration project enables MCube to grow beyond MCube and become a beacon for the implementation, upscaling and replication of mobility projects for other metropolitan regions. EPURA aims to maximize the benefits of the MCube Phase I and Phase II projects by developing exploitation strategies. The EPURA project comprises an evaluation and utilization process consisting of impact and process evaluation, upscaling, replication and application. The goals are to measure the impact of the MCube innovation projects, to scale best practices in municipalities in the Munich metropolitan region and to create replication packages that can be used regionally, nationally and internationally. EPURA connects relevant partners beyond MCube and promotes the development and implementation of innovative mobility projects in the region and beyond. Show less

Since 2024, I have been involved in the new EPURA project.
