Life-Cycle Analysis of the AW18 collection - My main mission was to assess an LCA of a whole collection, starting from scratch, meaning providing/calculating datas of innovative textiles as none of these were available for organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled wool or similar fibers.Production & Supply Chain Management - LGF is manually handling its supply chain without third-party. I was therefore in charge to make sure each component was sent/received by/to each one of our supplier. Sourcing Management - Helping the head buyer to achieve our sourcing goals, only sustainable and local textiles are handled by the brand.Software development for Production Monitoring - I greatly participated in the development of our own PM software.
