Information Security Analyst
Current• On-boarding applications to the interim Fire ID process while CyberArk is being implemented• Creation of the current bank wide Fire ID process which limits read\write access to applications • Responsible for ID creations and migrations, Software installations, assist with all other moves, adds, and deletes for new and existing Office Connect, SYDEV, CHS, and Harris Office/Legacy clients • Coordinate and complete ID-Management related tasks for bank employees• Coordinate any Harris id modifications with Harris Connect Support and Command Centre as required• Project involvement for ID Management processes• Identifying gaps and improving internal processes• Queue Management for Remedy tickets and ID Management internal mailbox• Training and assisting new and current staff members• Excellent knowledge of Office Connect, Active Directory, Remedy, Lotus Notes, Harris EIC, and Windows XP Operating system
