My different missions:- Keep the data up to date on the company's website.- Translated the website from one language to another (Spanish, French, English).- Assist the Customer Service staff by taking care of French and English calls.- Repeat the product data sheets by translating them, and if necessary, graphically.

Assist the team manager in the following operations:- Classify customer files- Update the customer database- Manage the schedule of ship departures and arrivals- Check ship loadings on ships and their shipments- Using Incoterms

- Guide customers to products that suit their needs (Guide through departments, reinforce their choices, and convince them to buy additional products).- Attract customers to the corresponding departments.- Keep the shelves clean and tidy- Meetings with Managers to set new goals and improve our sales strategies.

During this internship, I had the following missions:- Contact new customers, new suppliers, and new distributors.- Attend bargaining meetings between the General Manager, customers and suppliers, as well as meetings concerning business decisions.
