Steering of a 60 persons cross functional project team and go to market strategy for a SaaS product launch▪ Management of strategic initiatives for the Board (OKR)▪ Coordination between local and central teams (Countries leadership teams, Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Customer Care & Operations) and sharing of best practices▪ Standardization of the KAM activity across multiple countries (roles, targets, KPIs)▪ Setting of sales targets at global level

Within the Central Sales team, in charge of optimizing Customer Success activity at group level: processes, tools (Salesforce, Tableau, contract templates) & KPIs
