-Manage the base of current customers, watch the good progress of service contracts in court; -Participate in the development of systems solutions in order to solve problems of operation at the customer's facilities;-Propose solutions to the customers to increase the energy efficiency of their systems and the comfort of their occupants;-Estimate work and prepare submissions in answer to public and private calls for tender;-Act as expert-advice with the customers to help them plan for current and future needs in terms of building mechanics;-Develop new business connections to increase the sales of products and services.

•Act as project coordinator to manage all tasks related to the development of new business processes and tools;•Lead Integrated Product Development Teams to gather customer requirements, develop and deploy new processes and tools needed by the business units;•Prepare and deliver presentations at different project milestones, including formal reviews (Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, etc.), to communicate the status of a project and leverage it across different business units;•Lead people change management activities, including training, coaching, and communication;•Document all deliverables required for the completion of the project;•Act as a power user / mentor for developed tools.
