As lead Product owner I'm ensuring that the product features deliveringmaximum business value are properly designed and implemented by the various developmentscrum teams (System, Software and Hardware). - Lead the development of the product portfolio in close collaboration with stakeholders,Product Manager, Product Owners and their dedicated scrum team.- Work closely with the Product Manager to share the product vision and roadmap- Collaborate with Project Leader(s) to identify and planproduct releases by reviewing milestones with stakeholders- Interact closely with Architects and Technical Leads to identify dependencies anddetermine implementation strategies and design accordingly- Set priorities across multiple teams to maintain alignment to the Product vision andRelease roadmap.- Lead the Product Owners team and provide coaching whenever necessary.- Provide advice, clarification, and guidance to development teams during the designdevelopment activities- Ensure that product development is well managed, communicated and understood bystakeholder community - Supervise the prioritization and planning efforts for the product owners team- Ensure any defects are sorted and prioritized by the Product Owners in collaborationwith Technical Leads and other relevant Stakeholders.- Interact with stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and provide status updatesinternally- Propose and implement improvements related to development process based onvarious retrospective feedbacks.- Educate on product development iterations and product releases through regulardemonstrations to the management and other various teams such as sales, marketing,servicing, regulatory affairs, etc.- Provide expertise on the product features and functionalities.
